Returns & Exchanges

Each Booch Bag is made in limited quantities, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at booch@boochbags.com within 7 days of receiving your bag, including your order number and photos of the fault or damage. We will review and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
